What causes high blood pressure!

High blood pressure also called HTN is a major issue leading to heart disease, brain diseases including stroke and ends up affecting everything from the eyes to the kidneys.

•This is called essential hypertension. Or primary hypertension
•In some cases, high blood pressure is caused by some other medical condition
•Then it is called secondary hypertension.
There are causes of high blood pressure which we can work on ourselves such as a healthy diet and exercise, avoiding much alcohol, and keeping track of even those over the counter medications can go a long way in figuring out the cause of hypertension.
