Control HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE with YOGA

Natural remedy for your high blood pressure with YOGA.

Either you or someone you know is suffering from High Blood pressure or Hypertension.

Yoga practices have great techniques that are very simple yet very effective that will help reduce your pressure and help sustain it.

WHAT IS BLOOD PRESSURE?

1. We have heart that pushes the good blood from two of our ventricles, into our arteries.

2. These arteries supply nutrients to our capillaries and various body parts.

3. The force of the blood inside of arteries is termed as BLOOD PRESSURE.

4. The blood pressure is measured by measuring machine called sphygmomanometer.

5. Pressure has two components- one is called systolic and diastolic pressure.

6. When the heart beats, we get systolic pressure and when it rests its called diastolic pressure.

7. Normally, healthy normal individual will have 120/80 Sys/Dia pressure.

8. However, when it consistently remains above 140 and 90, its termed as HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE.

Factors for HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE:

• Blood Volume in body

• Blood output from heart

• Restrictions:

• Reduced flexibilities of arteries

• Reduced diameter of arteries

• High Cholesterol/Fat in blood

• Proteins in blood

• Blood thickness

There are other factors which are actually behavior factors and real cause of pressure is not known is termed as Hypertension.

Alcohol, Smoking, Junk food, lack of exercise and overweight also is major contribution factor to the blood pressure.

So what are the techniques with which you can control your pressure?

4 SIMPLE BREATHING TECHNIQUES :

JUST DO THEM twice a daily , you will begin to see your pressure will start to control.

2) Chandra Bhedana Pranayam

3) Bhramari

4) Sambhavi Mudra
